They are particularly advised to keep their home clean and wash bed sheets frequently. There are special fabrics that least support dusts on them. The kitchen should be well-ventilated and tiles should be clean and dry.
The drugs are a dime a dozen for treating asthma. You should choose one of the least potency that could suffice for you. Else you may develop tolerance to the drugs. The emergency inhaler should be always along with you, wherever you go.
